• #3mf-translator-support: help with a problem. You can post screenshots and .3mf files there, which the form below can’t take.

Feature requests

We’re a one-person team, so we prioritize ruthlessly:

1. Bug fixes: always first.
2. Settings that don’t come across between two slicers that both have them: tell us the setting and the slicers.
3. New slicers, driven by demand. If yours isn’t on our list, tell us; we track requests.
4. Quality-of-life changes: the slowest queue. Tell us anyway; requests add up.

Response times

Best effort. Expect a reply within a couple of business days. If something is time-sensitive, such as a problem blocking a print you need to ship, say so in your message.
